Hi I would like to introduce myself I am Mohit Jain From Chennai my email id is mohitjaindesigner@gmail.com . I have purchased Linux Reseller - 3 Year ALL Linux Unlimited Reseller from Hosting Farms (http://hostingfarms.com/) on 05/03/2013.
I was facing downtime in my site (http://www.mjsolutions.in) & in all my clients’ site. So I complain you about this downtime for the first time on 18/07/2013 | 08:30AM (IST) so as per your saying I created ticket
Praveen Maurya Replied me: Please give me your ip address of system.I think your ip address is blocked.
After few min Praveen Maurya Replied me: I flush all blocks now please check your website is working or not ?
After this my site was working well & fine.
After few months on 21/10/2013| 13:40(IST) I again complain you saying my site is down & I also attached screenshot along with your ticket too
Mr. Jennifer S from your end replied me:
The server is under maintenance mode and fsck that our monitoring department had attempted was trying to send file we are doing everything we can to complete this as swiftly and safely as possible for you. I'll keep you updated in this ticket.
& he never replied till NOW…
& till now I am getting same reply for you ticket: The server is under maintenance & this is Machine.

acks the uptime, downtime, and performance of websites.) from 01-11-2013 01:55:54PM till 09-11-2013 08:04:54PM
My site was downtime for 3 Days, 15 Hours, 35 Min 7 Number of Downtimes is 662 from 09-11-2012 to 09-11-2013
From the first day till now if your server is under maintenance then why you made us fool and you sold it out saying it will be 99.9% Uptime
& you also tell me that I am the first customer to complain issue but I would like to tell you that this is your thinking. Just search Hosting Farms In Google.com (see 2 & 3 listing) fig 1.3 & there will be many who not did any complain & there will be many whose not showed by Google bez to be in Google search listing is very very challenging job. There are many service provide who provide Google listing & SEO service but for you just not need I think so…
You guys said me on call today when I call you at 11:29 AM (IST) 09 Nov 2013 that you are change server for my domain (www.MJSolutions.in) & for all my client domain & i will not face site down from 5.00PM (IST) 09 Nov 2013. After your giving time too i am facing same issue..

you guys are telling i am the only client of urs to tell this problem. but i am showing every proof of everything which i am telling bez government & all legal need in India need proof so i always come up with proof for you too..

i not know that you guys are fwd my ticket & mail to your senior department bez yet i not got any cc in my mail..
& i think until i take some serious action apart from TICKET of ur's you will not take it very serious decision..

I demand letter* from Ripunjay Mathur & from Karma Softweb saying my site & all my client site will be up for 99.99% as your said while payment.
If you can do it i will send you "vakil notice" at your Noida (Uttar Pradesh) office.
